Feature: Kristin Velvet – Skipper [Arms & Legs]

Kristin Velvet, co-label head of Arms & Legs with Daniel Steinberg has been floating in our sets for the last couple years. We rediscovered her music after a collaboration with Felix Da Housecat. Closely following the label and her production, ‘Skipper’ landed with its breakbeat goodness and super clever sampling. The perfect record for us to break the mood in the club, turning the room from warm up to club mode.

Most recently, Oscar de Lima had been caught rinsing it at Gold Coast’s Elsewhere. We won’t jabber on too much other than Kristin Velvet is no stranger to the game and her production is serious. You can find her floating around Berlin and popping up with club sets all across Europe. If you can’t catch her at those spots, pop on the headphones and lock in with ‘Skipper’. You will not be disappointed.
